A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 20, 2012, the Defendant joined the Marine Corps and served as one association of the Marine Corps Byung on August 20, 2012. On November 8, 2013, the Defendant transferred to the Military Transport Headquarters of the Republic of Korea, and served as a unit commander from D guard group on November 8, 2013. The Defendant was a person subject to challenge against the following soldiers, such as normal verbal abuse, and continuing to duplicating the above expenses, and having been discharged from military service on May 19, 2014 after he returned to the first association of the Republic of Korea on March 27, 2014.

1. The Defendant, such as a soldier on duty, committed assault against the Defendant, including the Defendant, at the Defense Transport Headquarters E from January 2014 to March 201 of the same year, and, without any particular reason, used a small pentum to extract the threshold of the Victim F (22 years old) from the Defendant while performing his/her duties, without any specific reason.

2. 직무수행 군인 등 협박 피고인은 2014. 1. 경부터 같은 해 3. 경까지 사이에 위 국군 수송 사령부 E에서, 별다른 이유 없이 피고인과 함께 직무 수행 중이 던 후임 병 피해자 G(20 세) 의 손가락을 그곳에 있던 커터 칼로 자르는 시늉을 하는 등 피해자를 협박하였다.

3. Cruel acts by force;

A. On March 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) held the victim F (22), H (22), and I (21) in a three-dimensional shape; and (b) held the horses in a scrupted manner; (c) held the horses in a scrupted manner; and (d) held the horses in a scrupted manner; and (e) held the horses, the Defendant did an harsh act by exercising force, such as the Defendant’s attitude of doing so.

나. 피고인은 2014. 1. 경부터 같은 해 3. 경까지 사이에 위 D 생활 반에서, 피해자 F(22 세), G(20 세), I(21 세) 을 동그랗게 앉게 한 후 서로의 성기를 빨아 주는 동작을 흉내 내도록 시키면서 말을 안 들으면 마치 위해를 가할 듯한 태도를 보이는 등 위력을 행사하여 가혹한 행위를 하였다.

The Defendant, from January 201 to March 201 of the same year, divided the victim F 2, G (20), H (22, and I (21) into male and female group, and plays a male role.
