Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On November 14, 2015, from around 15:00 to around 16:30 of the same day, the Defendant participated in the “National Labor Union Federation of Korea” organized by the Seoul Central Labor Union Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “National Labor Union Federation”) at the Seoul Jung-gu Seoul Central Government square.

The above assembly was a prior assembly of the “labor” sector among the public-private partnership assemblies planned by the headquarters for the strike of the general public, which was launched by the lead of the labor-private partnership.

The total of 66,00 people who participated in each sector's prior assembly, including the above "National Workers' Competition", had entered into a luminous square with a view to moving into the luminous square without occupying the world as a type, paper, etc., when each prior assembly is completed under the name that "the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'the 'public' competition' will run at each sector' in the luminous square.

In the above process, the Defendant occupied the lane prior to the Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Loteral with the participants in a large number of assemblies around 16:56 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant conspired with the participants in the assembly and interfered with the traffic on land.
