Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendants are not authorized to handle narcotics.
1. On March 1, 2019, Defendants A and C conspiredd with the Defendants to administer camphones at least nine times in total from March 2019 to May 0:01, 201 as indicated in the list of crimes, including: (a) inserting approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs in a single-use injection machine; and (b) dactphones were administered in a single-use injection machine; and (c) dactphones were injected in a way of injection into the psychotropic blood line; and (d) administering camphones at least nine times from March 2019 to May 16, 2019.
The method of temporarily committing the crime at the order of priority 1, 2019, in the beginning of March 1, 2019, containing approximately 0.03 glopphones controlled by the Defendants in Gohap-gun, and maring them with water, and then dilution them with water into the spopn on March 3, 2019, Police Officers around April 5, 2019 from the end of April 4, 2019 to the early of April 5, 2019, and around May 8, 2019 to the first police officer around May 14, 2019 to the end of May 16, 2019.
2. On May 19, 2019, Defendant A and B conspiredd with the Defendants to administer phiphonephones by inserting approximately 0.05 gopon into a single-use injection machine and dilution them into a body in the event event owned by Defendant A, which was parked in Gohap-gun E around 12:20 on May 19, 2019.
3. The sole criminal conduct of Defendant A;
A. On February 2, 2019, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g philophones into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s residence located in the Gohap-gun F, Nam-gun, and diversizing them with water, and administering philophones in a way of injecting them into the body of arms.
B. On May 17, 2019, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 10,00,000 to B to the Busan Bank account in the numberless numberless designated by B; (b) around that time, the Defendant purchased 8 g of phiphones from the above column from the said column; and (c) on May 16, 200, the Defendant purchased 2 g of phiphones from the above column on the 16:00.
C. On May 16, 2019, the injured Defendant contacted the Victim C (V, 46 years of age) with other men in the above accident room around 06:30.
