A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 30, 2015, around 05:30 on July 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the Victim D’s C convenience points; (b) brought about one copy of the Daegu Bank’s C convenience cards, which the Victim D left on his/her customer.

2. On July 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 06:17, at the C convenience point in the operation of the Victim E as stated in paragraph (1); (b) even if it was stolen as stated in paragraph (1), it was committed as if the Defendant was the lawful holder of the said Cze Card; (c) upon presenting the said Cze Card to the victim, the Defendant had the victim settle the payment of 2 Abrub tobacco amounting to KRW 9,000 in the market price; and (d) received two Abrub tobacco on that spot.

From around that time to 15:35 of the same day, the Defendant received property in the same way seven times in the Daegu metropolitan area, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table, and used the above check card.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving victims, received property, and used stolen credit cards.

3. Around July 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of a motor vehicle in the range of about 180 km from the front of the F in Daegu Northern-gu to the front of the west-gu in the mountain of the west-do in the mountain of the west-do.
