Punishment of the crime

B around December 6, 2015, around 12:19, the Daegu Suwon-gu, Daegu-gu, 59 treatment Trump Daegu-dong Branch Cash Payment Period, the victim C had a de facto check and stolen the victim’s market price, and the victim C had a de facto check with the victim’s market price. On December 6, 2015, around 12:50 on December 12:50, 2015, the Defendant and B waiting within the said passenger vehicle and D used a stolen e-mail card by presenting the e-mail card in the name of the stolen C as above in purchasing the goods in the said e-mail, and acquiring the e-mail card and using the stolen e-mail card.

3. Around December 12:53, 2015, the injured party L, B, and D reached N station operated by the injured party L in Daegu Water-gu L, Daegu L. B and D waiting in H vehicles, and the Defendant, while paying for gas station oil, by paying for KRW 30,000,000, 30,000 of the stolen C’s physical card, presenting it to himself/herself, and using the stolen physical card.

4. On December 6, 2015, the Defendants: (a) are waiting at Qcop, administered by the victim’sO in Daegu Suwon-gu P on-site P on December 12:58, 2015; (b) are waiting at the vehicle B and D; (c) the Defendant, when purchasing hamba, presented the hamb card after completing the stolen C’s hamba, and received the hamba equivalent to KRW 12,700, market price.
