1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.

Defendant B Company 43,475,600 and this shall apply to the Plaintiff.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. C decided to hold the instant sports games from F to G (hereinafter “instant sports games”) in E on April 14, 2014, and entrusted the process of holding the instant sports games to the KBS Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KBS media”), and the KBS media re-entrusted the process of the said sports to the CJHHHHV Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “CJHHV”).

B. On April 25, 2014, KBS media entered into a contract with Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) and I to commission business services, such as planning and proceeding of the instant sports competition (hereinafter “instant entrustment contract”). The main contents of the instant entrustment contract are as follows.

Article 2 (Business Outline)

1. Name: “Acting as a service agent for the opening and closing of the Diplomatics;

6. Business services from a proxy: The defendant company. Article 3 (Services)

1. Planning and proceeding of events;

2. Facilities, equipment, and installation of personnel necessary for the event, preparation for safety accidents, and ex post facto treatment;

4. Reporting on the results of events;

5. All other affairs related to the performance of events.

6. The defendant company shall comply with the request for revision as it considers necessary for the process of the event by KBS media among the affairs under the jurisdiction of the defendant company.

7.The specific scope and contents of this event shall be based on the detailed implementation plan submitted by the defendant company on the basis of the proposal for services on behalf of the project.

Article 4 (Duties of Defendant Company)

2. The Defendant Company may not entrust a third party with the proceeding of the event without the consent of the KBS media.

Article 9 (Execution of Contracts)

1. Under the consent of the KBS media, the Defendant Company may promote the business by forming a consortium with specialized companies by business division in order to achieve the objectives of the business and enhance the quality of the business, and may entrust another person with part of the instant business.
