1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 46,623,33, respectively, and KRW 5% per annum from April 7, 2015 to June 17, 2015, respectively, to the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. At the time of the Plaintiff Company E and Defendant B (hereinafter “Defendant B”) around 2012, the Plaintiff Company: (a) discussed a business plan with which the representative director F, the representative director of the Defendant Company C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) and the Defendant Company C (hereinafter “Defendant C”) hold winter festivals in the vicinity of H at the time of strike; and (b) established the Plaintiff on November 22, 2012 and assumed office for the Plaintiff’s representative director.

B. 1) The Plaintiff, E, and the Defendants are referred to as “I winter festivals” as the partnership business (hereinafter “instant winter festivals”).

(2) A) A decided to hold from December 24, 2012 to February 3, 2013, and entered into a partnership agreement with the following contents on November 2012. (A) Plaintiff E (Defendant B and Defendant C(1) of the J Committee’s chairperson (Defendant B and Defendant C(1)) shall invest 300 million won in connection with the purchase of event site construction costs and project facilities for the first winter festival event, and shall not interfere with the payment of the construction cost that takes place from November 21, 2012.

2. Paragraph 2. A is responsible for the promotion of advertising media, such as newspapers and TV, for the smooth progress of the event as a person who holds all rights to the holding of the instant winter festival event by November 30, 2012 from the commencement date of the event of local residents' civil petitions due to the authorization and permission of local government offices, such as local governments, and the use of neighboring land necessary for the progress of the event.

Paragraph 3. In connection with the progress of the winter festival, Byung shall cooperate so that all facilities of Defendant B’s workplace and workplace can be used free of charge, and shall be responsible for the entire venue of events, such as employment and placement of employees, safety of visitors at the event site, direct sales outlet, and rental.

Paragraph 5. The distribution of profits from events at the first winter festival event shall be made at the rate of 40%, 20%, and 40%, excluding various expenses related to events after the completion of the event, after setting aside the estimated amount of taxes, such as value added tax, that will occur after the event.
