A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A ker blade (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has no fixed occupation.

1. Larceny and intrusion upon residence;

A. On May 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant opened a 18K b, which was in front of the victim’s name in Busan High-gu, Busan High-style, and intrudes on the victim’s residence. The Defendant stolen the victim’s 18K b, which was located therein, with an aggregate of 6,45,000 won at the market price of 18K b, and 14K 2,000 won.

B. At around 10:00 on December 2, 2013, the Defendant opened a 10,000 entrance which was in front of the victim’s name in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and infringed upon the victim’s residence, and then stolen it with the amount equivalent to 150,000 won at the market price of Samanbuk-gu (TS-509) owned by the victim.

C. On December 23, 2013, at around 10:00, the Defendant opened a gate which was not corrected before the victim’s name in front of the house located in Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and intruded on the victim’s residence. The Defendant stolen it with the amount equivalent to KRW 1 to 200,000,000 owned by the victim (p435-pe35k).

On January 16, 2014, at around 16:00, the Defendant opened a entrance that was not corrected in front of the victim F's house located in the Busan Seo-gu, Busan, and intruded on the victim's residence. The Defendant stolen the victim's house with a total of KRW 1050,000,000,000, total market value of the HPE North Korea and the knife map owned by the victim.

E. On February 16, 2014, around 16:00, the Defendant: (a) laid the beer blades in front of the Victim H’s house located in Busan Sho-gu G; (b) removed the rectification device, and then intrudes on the victim’s residence; and (c) stolen the device with the amount equivalent to one million won at the market price of the Samsung Nomt North Korea, which was located in the beds, owned by the victim.

F. On March 3, 2014, at around 17:00, the Defendant removed the following entrances by putting green lines connected to the locks of the doors sleeped by slicking off in front of the body of the victim J located in Busan Seo-gu.
