1. As to the Plaintiff’s share 30.6/121.3 square meters in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 121.3 square meters, Defendant Republic of Korea on February 26, 2003.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 1, 1957, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of initial ownership relating to the Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Large 9,223 square meters (hereinafter “D land”). On October 5, 1967, the aforementioned D land came to be Seoul E large 1,075.8 square meters and 24 square meters, and was divided into C large 121.3 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) and 24 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) around March 2001, and the subsequent subdivision registration was completed on February 25, 2003.

B. Until November 17, 1976, Defendant Republic of Korea: (a) specified the portion of D’s land owned by 7,392.12 and sold it to 215 residents; (b) completed the registration of ownership transfer at the rate equivalent to the size sold out of the entire land; (c) left the remaining area as 1,830.8/9,223 shares; (d) sold 44.44 square meters in possession to F on June 8, 1959; (d) completed the registration of ownership transfer to 44.4/923 shares in F; (e) sold 4.44 square meters in sequence; (e) sold 4.44 square meters in order; (e) sold G around December 30, 1968; and (e) completed the registration of ownership transfer by sale to H on June 19, 1963; and (e) sold the said portion to H on June 13, 1968; and (e) completed the registration of ownership transfer to H on March 16, 19638/196.

C. G around November 23, 1974, G was above Defendant B.

On December 5, 1974, the ownership transfer registration was completed with respect to the shares of Defendant B, 48.46/923, which was acquired as stated in paragraph 48.46, and the shares of the above land and the above ground buildings was sold to the Plaintiff on June 10, 200, and the Plaintiff on July 13, 200 as to the shares of the above land and the above ground buildings.
