Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to dispose of wastes shall dispose of wastes at a waste disposal facility or recycling facility in accordance with the guidelines and methods prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, from April 2014 to May 2014, the Defendant illegally buried the total of 2.46 tons of swine carcasses (70 ma) that died of a disease at a DNA farm operated by himself/herself, which was located in the Dansan-gun of Chungcheong C, in dry field E using agricultural machinery.
