A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license on June 10, 2016, driven B Poter in the section of about 4 km from the front of the Korean steering line located in 236, Sacheon-si, Sacheon-si to the front road of the same hour, and up to the front road.

4. The Defendant, at around 09:24, on June 8, 2016, received an investigation into the unlicensed driving at the private police station guard traffic and the G Team office located in 37 on the remaining day of Scheon-si, and is subject to the said investigation, he/she will engage in such investigation as if he/she were E and is entitled to exercise his/her authority in the suspect examination protocol prepared.
