The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged in this case is that the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim E (the 12-year old age group) in a place where the general public was concentrated by making so that the victim E (the 12-year age group) was cut up at the soil excavation room of the 10th floor of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan Government building C on August 19, 2017, and the Defendant committed an indecent act on the victim at the place where the public was concentrated, and around 23:45 of the same day, the victim F (the 12-year group), who was located in the soil excavation room of the soup Dobbbbbb on the 23:45 day, committed an indecent act on the victim at the place where the public was concentrated.

2. Determination as to the Defendant and defense counsel’s assertion

B. According to the facts-finding record, the following facts can be acknowledged.
