A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

B. On June 14, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment with labor for a crime of violating the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts in Public Crows) at the Seoul Western District Court (Seoul Western District Court) and completed the execution of the sentence at the Mapo Prison on April 11, 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victims in a densely concentrated place.

[2018 Highest 5537] From May 5, 2018 to 02:02 on the same day, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victims on three occasions, such as the second day of the annexed crime list 2 to 07:09 on the same day, by taking out the Defendant’s sexual organ back to the left side of the victim H (Wing, 1* 3) who was divingd on the floor, and by allowing the victim to contact with his sexual organ, the Defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions, such as the second day of the annexed crime list 2.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act against the victims in a densely concentrated place.
