A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 1489] On March 3, 2014, the Defendant sent a false statement to the victim E, stating that “The purchase of a fish fladydydyd Sydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydydyds” by accessing NAVas Internet Cagra (htp:/www.Caf.com/Mogora) at D C, and made a false statement to deliver goods to the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess the above goods, and he did not have any assets or income, so even if he received deposits from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above goods.

The Defendant received 10,000,000 won from the Defendant’s bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant from the victim, and received the total sum of 22,922,500 won from 22 members in the same way, such as the statement in the list of crimes in attached Table 1, from around that time to March 3, 2014.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.

1. On April 19, 2014, the Defendant: (a) posted a notice on the Internet NAVVV bulletin board on the Internet NAVVG Kafa Pat; and (b) falsely sent a false notice to contact the victim to sell a ticket to the victim.

However, in fact, the defendant did not have H's diskettes, and even if he received money from the victim, he did not have an intention or ability to send a ticket.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received KRW 120,00 from the victim’s bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant on the same day.

2. On April 20, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim I that “I would sell H contact pockets” in the same manner, and the Defendant affiliated with it was 140,000 won from the victim’s account on the same day.
