For the reasons indicated in its reasoning, the lower court reversed the first instance judgment convicting Defendant A’s N andO on the violation of the Child Welfare Act against Defendant B’s N andO, and Defendant B’s violation of the Child Welfare Act against Defendant B’sO and P, and acquitted the Defendant.

The judgment below

In light of the records, the above judgment of the court below is just, and there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles as to child abuse under the Child Welfare Act, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
