All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
1. We examine the grounds of appeal by Defendant A, G, K, L, P, Q, and R.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning of the judgment below in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the defendant A, G, K, L, P, Q, and R guilty on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the crime of interference with business, special obstruction of performance of official duties, punishment of minor crimes, crime of violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act, crime of violation of the Public Waters Management and Reclamation Act, or erroneous determination of facts beyond the bounds of the principle of logic and experience and free evaluation of evidence.
2. Defendant S’s appeal is examined.

S did not submit a statement of grounds for appeal within the statutory period, and the petition of appeal does not state the grounds for appeal.
3. Prosecutor's grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the record, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which found Defendant A, G, K, L, M, W, N, andO guilty of interference with business on May 19, 201 on the grounds as stated in its reasoning on the grounds that it constitutes a case where there is no proof of criminal facts, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance which found the Defendant guilty of interference with business and to find the Defendant not guilty of this. On the other hand, the prosecutor appealed the remainder of the judgment of the court below against Defendant A, G, K, L, M, M, N, andO. However, there is no specific ground of appeal in the petition of appeal, and there is no ground of appeal as to the grounds of appeal.
4. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
