Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 21, 2012, at around 07:10, the Defendant driven a B-5 car at a section of about 8 km from the front of the visual tower distance in lightyang-si to the upper intersection located in the ordinance-dong of the Manyang-si, in a state of alcohol of 0.07:10% of alcohol concentration.
