A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 7, 2013, the Defendant, at around 01:00 on June 7, 2013, driven a B horse-type car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.145 percent (%) of the blood alcohol concentration on the five kilometers from the front side of the Hoyang-si, where the trade name in the Ganyang-si, Jeonyang-si, Seoul, cannot be known.
