A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant listened to the purport that the victim D (15 years old), E (15 years old), F (15 years old), and G (16 years old) committed indecent act by compulsion of C through the friendship of C (16 years old), which was known to the Defendant, committed the act as if he was the victim of C’s intentional act by compulsion of C, and detained the said victims on their own vehicle, as if they reported to the police, and led them to a threat of the said victims’ parents to take money under the pretext of agreement.

1. 감금 피고인은 2014. 4. 13. 12:30경 순천시 H에 있는 피해자 D의 할머니 집 앞길에서 피해자 D, E, F, G을 불러내어 만나 피해자들에게 자신이 종전에 형사처벌을 받았던 살인미수 사건 처분결과통지서와 자신의 발에 채워져 있는 전자발찌를 보여주면서 피해자들의 휴대폰과 지갑을 빼앗은 다음, “내가 C이 사촌 오빠인데, 시키는 대로 하지 않으면 죽여버린다. 꼼짝하지 마라. 경찰서에 쳐 넣어버린다.”라고 협박하고 이에 겁을 먹은 피해자들을 자신이 타고 온 승용차에 강제로 태웠다.

Since then, the Defendant: (a) driven the above vehicle by driving the victims while moving the said vehicle to the CGV film hall in the central office of the city of the Yancheon-si, and the Mineyang-si University located in the Mineyang-si; (b) threatened the victims to “enlonged descendants,” thereby making the victims feel able to escape from the said vehicle; and (c) prevented the victims from leaving the said vehicle from getting out of the said vehicle until the victims reach an agreement on indecent acts by force from the parents of the above victims under paragraph (2) of the same day on the front and rearyang-gu Apartment-si apartment under the 18:30th day of the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant detained victims.

2. The Defendant, at around 17:00 on April 13, 2014, to the victim I (50 years old), who is a guardian of D, E, F, and G, in an infinite park located in Mineyang-si around 17:0, 2014, (50 years old), J (57 years old), K (49 years old), and L (39 years old).
