Defendant shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:30 on February 21, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received a request from the victim D(37 years of age) to “cambly” while drinking alcohol at a “Ccafeteria” located in the Seo-gu Busan Metropolitan City B; (b) committed assault to the victim, such as killing the victim’s breath while taking a bath, shaking the victim’s face; (c) booming the victim’s face; and (d) assaulting the victim’s breath, booming the victim’s face, etc., with which the victim’s number of days of treatment cannot be known.
