A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the actual operator of the corporation B.

On October 24, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around October 24, 2012, the Gyeyang-gu Office had forged the registration number plate of C C C C stifman car owned by Company B, which was kept in custody; and (b) had the intention to operate the said car.

1. No one who violates the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall forge, alter, or use a registration number plate under the Motor Vehicle Management Act in a fraudulent manner or use a forged or altered registration license plate;

A. From the end of October 2012, the Defendant: (a) designed the registration number plate of “C” using the web design PC; (b) printed out the said registration number plate in the form of a Stacker using an output machine; and (c) used a forged registration number plate without authority for the purpose of exercising the registration number plate in the form of a plastic plate of the size of the registration number plate prepared in advance; and (d) used a forged registration number plate by forging the registration number plate without authority and attaching the forged registration number plate to the said body-man car; and operating it in Incheon City, etc. by operating the body-man car after operating it.

B. On November 2012, 2012, the Defendant discovered that the plastic board attached as above “A.” was located far from the floor, and used a forged registration number plate by forging a registration number plate without authority, attaching the forged registration number plate to the said body-man car and operating it within the Incheon City, etc., at the same place as above “A.” and by using the same method as above “A.” and in the same manner as above “A..”

2. Forgery of air defense, and uttering of forged air defense;

A. (i) Around October 2012, the Defendant, who forged air signs, designs the registration number plate of “C” using the web design PC, and printed out the said registration number plate in the form of a Stick using an output machine at the office of a stock company located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, and then output the said registration number plate in the form of a Stick using an output machine.
