1. Basic facts

A. On July 4, 2014, the Plaintiff was on the top of the vehicle steering by the Plaintiff’s husband. On July 4, 2014, the Plaintiff was faced with an accident where the vehicle that entered the parking lot from the parking lot exit to the driving line (hereinafter “other party”) was on the front of the steering line of the Plaintiff’s boarding vehicle, and was on the front of the steering line of the Plaintiff’s boarding vehicle (hereinafter “instant traffic accident”).

E. The Defendant paid KRW 1,450,000 to the Plaintiff on July 16, 2014.

F. On March 29, 2016, the Plaintiff was diagnosed to have the escape certificate of a conical signboard from No. 4 to 5 square meters.

2. The plaintiff's assertion

A. Due to the instant traffic accident, the Plaintiff suffered from the climatic and the climatic base salt, and caused the escape from the climatic signboard, thereby remaining as a follow-up disability.

In addition, at the time of the accident in this case, the Plaintiff’s fetus was pregnant due to stress caused by pain due to physical and mental shock.

Accordingly, the Defendant, the insurer of the other party’s vehicle, is the Plaintiff’s loss caused by the instant traffic accident, namely, ① the physical therapy expenses of KRW 2,400,00 for the next one year, ② the transportation expenses of KRW 1,920,00 for the traffic expenses to be paid for the physical treatment of the escape certificate of the conical signboards for the next one year, ③ the daily income of KRW 29,461,289 for the next one year, ④ the expenses for the surgery of the miscarriage, ④ KRW 479,49,490 for the period required for the medical treatment of the escape certificate of the conical signboards for the next one year, and ⑤ the damages of KRW 15,00,00 for consolation money due to the miscarriage.
