1. Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received 270,000 won from the victim to the post office account under the name of the Defendant as the price for the goods on the same day. From around that time to July 3, 2014, the Defendant received 3,045,000 won in total as the price for the goods from the victims nine times in the following manner: (a) from around that time to July 3, 2014; and (b) obtained it from them as the price for the goods.
