A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

The defendant shall obtain money from 1230,000 won to C who is an applicant for compensation, and shall obtain money from D.

Punishment of the crime

around March 3, 2016, the Defendant reported the purchase of motor vehicle parts (wheel chairss) that the victim F posted on the Internet website “E” bulletin board and sent money to the victim by contact with him/her. However, in fact, the Defendant did not have the above objects and did not have any intent or ability to send the motor vehicle parts even if he/she received money from the victim because he/she did not want to use the said objects for daily expenses.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 1.8 million from the victim as the price for the goods on March 4, 2016, and acquired it by deceiving the victims in the same manner as indicated in the attached crime list from around that time to March 15, 2016, and acquired KRW 304,00 from the victims by deceiving them by the same method as indicated in the attached crime list.

On January 15, 2016, the Defendant, “2016 Highest 1747,” sent a false statement to the victim H, who had contacted the Internet site, stating that “I will deliver the goods by door to door, if you send the money.”

However, the defendant did not have the above goods, so even if he received money, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the goods.

The Defendant received 1,330,000 won from the victim to the SC bank account in the name of the Defendant for the same day as the price for the goods.

From that time until February 21, 2016, the Defendant received a total of KRW 6,680,000 from the victims to the SC Bank account in the name of the Defendant, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

Accordingly, the defendant was provided property by deceiving the victims.
