A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 1, 2017, from around 20:19 to around 20:25, the Defendant removed the theftproof text of cosmetics, etc. displayed in the above store by taking advantage of the gaps in which the victim’s surveillance was neglected, and then put them in a bank in possession, and then put the bank in a way of “one “clater shower slick slick slick slick slick slick slick slick slick slicks” equivalent to KRW 84,00 in the market value of the victim, one “boo slick slick slick slick slicks” equivalent to KRW 8,90 in the market value of KRW 8,900 in the amount of KRW 8,00 in the market value.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victims' property.
