A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 18, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 14:00 on March 18, 2020, the sum of KRW 450,000, total market value of the game chip, 7,000, not owned by the Victim D, located in a theftproof tamp attachment, where a gap of surveillance over the surrounding area was displayed and neglected; and (b) the Defendant displayed such gap in the second floor space.
In addition to the theft by putting in clothes and putting them in the above manner, the articles totaling to 7,874,500 won from around the above day to February of the same year, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 26 times, were stolen.
