On August 15, 2012, at around 20:41, the Defendant driven a B Car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 500 meters alcohol concentration of about 0.117% from the front of the Wangsan Bathing beach located in 810, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu to the front of the Northwest Party, located in the same 931.
