A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
" 2017 Gohap 510"
1. From around 03:00 to around 04:30 on August 29, 2017, the Defendant forced indecent act: (a) at the house of the victim D (the victim D, 22 years old) located in Daegu-gu building C, Daegu-gu building 501; (b) made the victim ice ice ice and ice ice ice ice the victim’s house; (c) cut the victim’s shoulder; and (d) placed the victim on the bed; and (e) continued to come ice by placing the victim on the bed; and (e) the Defendant continued to have the victim’s hand to be the victim who refused it and kid with the victim’s part.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim.
2. The Defendant, at around 05:15 on August 29, 2017, was located in the same place as indicated in paragraph (1) around 05:15, and the victim was living in a toilet due to the Defendant’s forced indecent act, such as the Defendant’s statement in paragraph (1), and confirmed that the Defendant was locked on the part of the bed and was able to do so on the bottom of the bed and the bed from the part of the bed, when the Defendant was able to do so, then put the victim in arms in a boom with either of the following sides of the victim, which occurred from the bed from the bed, and put the victim on the bed.
The Defendant continued to divide the two arms of the victim so that the victim could not move, and then left the defendant's fright and panty with his hand, left the defendant's fright and panty, and the victim went off from the victim's panty, and tried to put the victim into the floor again and put the victim's sexual organ into the part of the victim's fright.
At this time, the victim is "Afar".
