A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for seven years.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete a sexual assault treatment program for 120 hours.

Punishment of the crime

As the parents of the victim C (L, 13 years old), the defendant, who has a usual alcohol dependence, was aware of the fact that the defendant collected things inside his house while drinking alcohol and caused his family members to put the scam on his house, and had the victim to commit indecent acts and sexual intercourse with him.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts, such as deceptive schemes against minors under the age of 13) committed an indecent act against the Defendant’s sexual organ at the victim’s house located in D (the age of 10 at the time) in Jinju-si, at the victim’s room in Jinju-si, and the victim’s sexual organ at the bed by the victim’s entrance into the bed room, “he isdle to the bed in the bed,” and at ordinary times, the victim’s sexual organ was committed in a manner that the victim’s sexual organ was frightened by the Defendant and was placed on the bed in the bed and bed in the bed, and the victim’s sexual organ was committed in a manner that was unfolded by the victim’s hand.

2.
