Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving Buratom car.

On March 19, 2020, the Defendant, at around 22:10, driven the said car under the influence of alcohol such as inaculous, 0.125 percent alcohol concentration, and so it is difficult to drive the car normally due to the influence of alcohol. On March 19, 202, the Defendant was driving the said car at a non-speed speed depending on one lane in the direction of the breath in the direction of the breathal basin from the lower intersection of the front side of Yangcheon-gu Seoul, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul. The Defendant neglected the duty of driving at the front side of the front side of the car and by negligence, caused the Defendant’s injury, such as salt, tension, etc. of the victim D(the age of 42) driving, which was driven in the front side of the car of the Defendant and caused the victim to suffer about two weeks of the breath in need of treatment.

Around 22:10 on March 19, 2020, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.125%, and the Defendant was driving a car at the B Committee at the direction of about five kilometers from the front side of the land located in the doro-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the front side of the Seoul Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City.
