A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
(State) The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Crane car owned by B.
On December 7, 2012, the Defendant driven the said car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.121% 0.15% around December 10:15, 2012, while driving the said car, and led the 962 Emart distance, Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to proceed directly at a low speed, one-lane between the four-lanes in the direction of the sub-section in the direction of the sub-section in the direction of the sub-section.
