A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was aware that the above I was under the arrest warrant and detention warrant issued for suspicion of interference with the performance of special official duties as above.

On November 14, 2015, the above I planned a large-scale illegal assembly under the name of "the General Competition for the Public". The members of the Civil Labor Union, including Defendant J, K, L, M, N,O, P, and Q, conspired to interfere with the execution of the above arrest warrant by the police in the case of a so-called "I" escape as a so-called large number of members.

On November 14, 2015, around 12:55, the Defendant issued the above arrest warrant to I, etc. and arrested I while notifying the purpose of the warrant when I, for about 10 minutes before the building of the Korea Press Center located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul, about 124, performed an urgent press conference related to the general public. The police officers, such as the R, etc. of the Seoul Southern Northern Police Station, proposed the above arrest warrant to I, etc. on the same day, around 13:10 on the same day.

Accordingly, in order to prevent the execution of the above arrest warrant, the defense unit, such as the defendant, etc., entered the above building in order to keep the police officers from entering the building, prevent them from entering the building, and as a result, I called the above building into the building, and boarded it into the first floor in order to keep the private labor union office on the 18th floor of the building.
