Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant shall be the General Federation of the National Democratic Trade Union (hereinafter referred to as the “Private Labor Union”).

E, which was held on November 14, 2015, participated in a meeting of the “public contest for the general public”.

On September 22, 2015, the said Congress was organized by the 53 civil society organizations, such as the National Farmers' Federation against the labor market structural reform, such as “the low rice value, the ratification of the Korea-China FTA, and the accession to the TPP,” etc. on the basis of the following: (a) the Korean obviousness, which had been opposed to “the dissolution of the former Tong-gu Party, the placement of the company,” and (b) the democratic behavior, etc., committed jointly and severally by the 53 civil society organizations, such as the democratic citizens behavior against “the purification of the history textbook.”

On November 14, 2015, the headquarters for the strike of the general public divided into five sectors, such as labor (Seoul Square), farmers (Seoul Square Park), citizens (university) and young people (university in Maroon Park), and the public (university in Maroon Park), respectively, and thereafter, more than 68,000 participants of the assemblies in each sector were trying to enter into a e-mail square by putting about the "lane f8,000 participants of the assemblies" without prior report, but the police and police did not continue to proceed with the assembly at the e-mail and the e-mail of the building in which the e-maild in the e-mail and the e-mailed in the e-mail.
