A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

A copy of a seized good (No. 1) shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant committed the following crimes under the state that the Defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the bad personality disorder, etc.:

1. The defendant is a person who has resided in the victim B (the age of 83) and the victim C (the age of 75) in the case of the injury by a special ascendant, a special lineal ascendant, together with the victims under the same subparagraph of the D Apartment-gun Chungcheongnambuk-gun.

At around 00:30 on January 27, 2019, the Defendant, without any justifiable reason, she saw the victims to have sound from the ward located in the above residence, such as “I am female workers who come from home and come from her front, she must do so,” and collected the cosmetic container (mix in length) in favor of the dangerous articles on which she was in the cremation in the dwelling room, and cut off the head of the victim B from several times. The victim she continued to cut the body of the victim B by drinking and sprinking the body of the victim B from the floor beyond the floor, and continued to cut the head of the victim C with the above cosmetic container, and went back the body of the victim C due to drinking and sphering.

As a result, the defendant carried dangerous articles and inflicted bodily injury on the victim B, who is a lineal ascendant, such as the number of days of treatment, which could not be known, and assaulted the victim C, who is a lineal ascendant by carrying dangerous articles.

2. On January 27, 2019, the Defendant of special obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 01:22, on the corridor prior to the Defendant’s residence inspection room, at around 01:1:22, when the F, who was dispatched to the scene after having received the notification of domestic violence 112, enters the said residence; (b) the police box belonging to the Ganyang Police Station Emba, which was a dangerous object by hand, and (c) the F, which was a dangerous object by hand, display F’s head toward the head; (d) the F, who tried to arrest the Defendant as a flagrant offender such as a special continuing injury; and (e) the F, whose knife part was left away and who was kniff’s head was able to take a knife.

In this respect, the defendant uses dangerous articles and assaults police officers to prevent, suppress, and investigate crimes.
