A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

The facts of the cause of a request for medical treatment and custody and the fact that the defendant and the requester for medical treatment and custody (hereinafter referred to as the "defendants") are living together with the victims in Dongdong-si with the children of the victim B (Nam, 82 years of age) and C (7 years of age). The following crimes were committed under the state that the victim's ability to discern things or make decisions was weak due to the illness, etc.:

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and assaulted victims who are lineal ascendants.

2. Around 03:00 on March 25, 2019, the Defendant injured by a special continued ascendant: (a) stated that “I am free from a computer; (b) I am free from a victim C’s am going in a night game on the ground that C am in a night game every day; (c) I am free from the victim C’s am going on three occasions at his/her inner location; and (d) I am free from the victim C’s am in his/her hand, which is a dangerous object, and am free from the victim C’s shoulder each at one time.

3. The Defendant causing special property damage is continuing to destroy the entrance door to the gate, which is set up at the time, place, and open the entrance door of the victim C at the time, place, and without opening it.
