A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. At around 19:00 on September 1, 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 5g (10 smoking portion) and approximately 0.5g (10 smoking portion) of marijuana, which was delivered by the said D office, to E free of charge, and smoked by attaching a fire to marijuana tobacco made by approximately 0.5g.

2. In September 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 0.5g of marijuana to E and F, respectively, at the foregoing D office at around 20:00, on September 2013 (after the date set forth in paragraph (1) and after the date set forth in paragraph (1)), and smoked on marijuana tobacco made up of approximately 0.5g, respectively.

3. On November 27, 2013, at the above D office around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 5g of marijuana supplied by E without compensation from the above D office around that time; (b) delivered approximately 0.5g of marijuana to E and F, respectively; and (c) smoked by attaching a fire to marijuana tobacco made up of approximately 0.5g of approximately 0.5g.

4. At around 20:00 on November 28, 2013, the Defendant: (a) delivered approximately 0.5g of marijuana among the said marijuana to G and F without compensation; and (b) smoked the hemp tobacco made up of approximately 0.5g by attaching it to it.

5. At around 20:00 on November 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the above D office, smoked by attaching fire to marijuana tobacco made by approximately 0.5g of marijuana delivered without compensation from G around that time.

6. On December 1, 2013, at the above D office around 19:00, the Defendant smoked marijuana tobacco made of approximately 0.5g of marijuana.

7. On December 2, 2013, at the above D office around 20:20, the Defendant smoked by attaching a fire to marijuana tobacco made of approximately 0.5g of marijuana.

8. On December 2, 2013, the Defendant possessed approximately 0.98g of hemps in Australia at the time of arrest at the above D office on December 2, 2013.
