A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 02:00 as of the end of July 2014, the Defendant: (a) exceeded the wooden street board in a “E-cafeteria” operated by the victim D in the Tong-si C market; (b) opened a corrective glass door; and (c) intrudes the kitchen into the kitchen, and cut off the two and one fluence, if the market price of the victim’s ownership is equivalent to KRW 7,000, which was located there.

2. On August 1, 2014, around 03:10 on August 1, 2010, the Defendant: (a) opened a H restaurant operated by the Victim G in Tong Young-si F, and intruded into the H restaurant to the extent that it was inside and outside, and subsequently stolen KRW 90,000,000 in cash, which was the victim’s possession, being kept in custody in the Kakter credit cooperative.

3. On August 7, 2014, around 03:10 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a closed door to the “K cafeteria” operated by the Victim J at Sinyoung-si; (b) went into the ma, and intruded into the ma, and 200,000 won in cash, which is the cash owned by the victim under custody in the eurging, and was stolen.

4. At around 04:00 on August 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a “Ncafeteria” operated by the victim M in the Tong Young-si L and infringed upon the victim’s m (hereinafter “Ncafeteria”); and (b) cut off a boomed 7,000 won at the market price, which is the victim’s ownership in the air conditioning, and cut off the boom and mos.

5. Around 02:00 on August 11, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a window booming network after opening the window, opened an unrectible window, and intruded up the window, and stolen the cash owned by the victim, which was located in the car booming depository, with KRW 10,000,000.

6. At around 02:00 on August 13, 2014, the Defendant: (a) opened a cosmetic room operated by the victim S in Young-si (R) and intruded into the beauty room into the cosmetic room; (b) 11,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim, and KRW 5,000 in market value.
