A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Special larceny;
A. On January 26, 2019, at around 03:00 on January 26, 2019, the Defendant: (a) laid the back glass of the Defendant’s “D” that was corrected after the restaurant run by the victim C in G in Young-gu, Young-gu; (b) laid down the back glass of the Defendant’s “D”; (c) removed the hand by means of opening the restaurant; and (d) removed the back corrective device; and (d) upon intrusion into the restaurant inside the said restaurant, stolen KRW 65,00,000 in cash owned by the Defendant.
B. On February 25, 2019, at around 23:28, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had prepared the back glass window, which was corrected after the restaurant run by “G” by the victim F in the wife population E; and (b) had removed the back door correction device; (c) caused the Defendant’s intrusion inside the restaurant and then caused the loss to be stolen, resulting in a theft of KRW 180,000,00 in cash owned by the victim who was in his/her credit cooperative, at the place of the restaurant.
C. On March 22, 2019, around 00:00 on March 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) made preparations in advance for the part of the latter part of the restaurant operated by the “J” operated by the victim I of the instant restaurant; and (b) destroyed the knife by means of opening the knife after inserting the knife; (c) but (d) caused the knife to the knife by means of opening the knife; (b) after the knife’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife’s knife, the Defendant
On March 25, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 00:30 on March 25, 2019, at around 00:30 on March 25, 2019, was corrected after the “M” restaurant operated by the victim L in K, and then, (b) destroyed the front window shock network by means of tearing it, and (c) invaded inside the restaurant, and (d) inflicted a theft of KRW 150,000 in cash on the part of the victim, who was in the seat of the cirter, with a cash of KRW 100,000.
E. On April 11, 2019, the Defendant for special larceny was located in N of the wife population around 02:10 on April 11, 2019.
