【Defendant A, on April 23, 2014, was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for fraud at the Suwon District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 1, 2014.

1. Forgery of private document by the Defendant and the Defendant’s co-defendant C, together with the Defendant C, D (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day), and the Defendant, a F’s wife, confirmed the above F’s personal information regarding the housing owned by F, E apartment No. 103, 907, Dong-nam-nam-si, Gyeonggi-nam-si, and conspired to have the Defendant, while finding a real estate brokerage office in the process of lease, by taking advantage of the method of preparing a lease contract for the above apartment, by obtaining a loan from the new Bak Capital Co., Ltd., and by taking out the loan from the said apartment.
On January 5, 2013, the Defendant jointly with the above Defendant C, without authority at the H Licensed Real Estate Agent Office located in Sungnam-gu G of Gyeonggi-do, the purpose of exercising authority, and without authority, I, the broker, stated the real estate in the real estate form of the apartment charter agreement, “Seoul-do E apartment 103 Dong-dong 907, Seongdong-do, Sungnam-si, Incheon-do, 100,000,000,” and the deposit column in the column, and printed out the deposit column, with the name and resident registration number of the Defendant, and the name and resident registration number of the Defendant in the lessor column, respectively, and affixed the seal of the Defendant at his/her discretion to the lessor column, affixed the seal of the Defendant in the lessee column, and signed and sealed the broker column.
