Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On July 17, 2016, around 19:23, the Defendant found D in front of the Ccafeteria located in Gyeyang-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, where D was in the process of complying with the Defendant’s mother’s assaulting the Defendant’s mother, and D was in the process of having D and his body fighting and attached D’s friendly E-mail.

After that, at around 19:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) committed an assault against the above police officers by keeping the Defendant away from their scambling to the upper part of the police box of the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, which was reported by 112 on the 19:40s in front of the above C cafeteria, by having the Defendant find D with the above body; and (b) having the Defendant go beyond the floor by keeping the Defendant away from their scambing to the upper part of the police box of the Incheon Gyeyang Police Station, which was sent to the Defendant; and (c) subsequently, the assistant of the same police box called with the patrol officer, who was dispatched with the patrol officer, committed an assault against the above police officers by keeping the Defendant from scambling the chest of

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of reports by police officers and suppression of crimes.
