1. The Defendant’s KRW 60,000,000 and its amount are 5% per annum from October 14, 2008 to July 18, 2018 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. According to the evidence No. 1 (Evidence) of the facts of recognition, the defendant, on September 29, 2008, borrowed KRW 60 million from the plaintiff as of October 13, 2008.
2. The Plaintiff’s claim refers to the Plaintiff’s payment of KRW 60 million with 5% per annum under the Civil Act from October 14, 2008 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from October 14, 2008, which is the day following the above repayment date, and 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
3. Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act (Judgment by public notice) of the applicable provisions of Acts;
