1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,000,000 and its related amount are 5% per annum from January 1, 2013 to January 17, 2020 to the Plaintiff.

1. On October 19, 201, the Plaintiff borrowed KRW 50 million to the Defendant. On September 27, 2012, the Defendant prepared and issued a letter of loan with the purport that the Plaintiff will pay the said KRW 50 million to the Plaintiff by December 30, 2012.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 50 million won with 5% interest per annum as stipulated in the Civil Act from January 1, 2013 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case from January 1, 2013 to the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, and 12% interest per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.
