A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a person who was working as a (ju) EE sales salesperson in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Da point 8, and the victim F is a person who is working for the I department store discount sales business in the name of H from the first floor of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G underground.

In addition, the above store employees have induced customers by purchasing the I department store at a discounted price of about 4.5% from the victim to purchase electronic equipment in cash at the above store, and inducing them to settle the price with the merchandise coupon.

In the process, the Defendant reported that customers pay merchandise coupons by means of account transfer, etc. without directly purchasing the victim or merchandise coupons, etc., the fact that the customer paid his/her personal debt, etc. was not the fact that the customer actually purchased the electronic equipment, but the customer deceivings the victim as if he/she purchased the electronic equipment, and received the merchandise coupon as the victim and received it as the victim.

On June 26, 2013, the Defendant stated that “Around June 26, 2013, the Defendant introduced that the said store customer purchases merchandise coupons for the purpose of using them to purchase electronic equipment, and that “A customer would pay for the price of merchandise coupons by using 78 copies of I department store 100,000 won of merchandise coupons to the victim.”

The defendant, as such, deceiving the victim and received 78 copies of the above 100,00 won gift certificates from the victim, i.e., the above 100,00 won gift certificates from the victim.

8. Until November, 198, gift certificates worth KRW 52,630,00 in total, as shown in the annexed List of Offenses, have been issued up to 17 times in total.
