A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall pay 2,204,00 won to the applicant for compensation by deceit.

Punishment of the crime

On July 2012, the Defendant opened a “D” website, which is an Internet site that sells merchandise coupons at discount to ordinary consumers, and published an advertisement, such as selling 30,00 won (one set) at the website at KRW 975,00 with a face value of KRW 50,000 at KRW 35,00 with a face value of KRW 1,50,000 with a face value of KRW 35,00 with a face value of KRW 1,50,000, and paying three copies of KRW 50,00 each month with KRW 50,00 for ten months.

However, the gift certificates sold by the Defendant purchased at the price discounted from 2.5% to 6.8% from the sales agent of the gift certificates near the department store, and thus, the gift certificates could not be accumulated as the sales agent of the gift certificates, and therefore, the amount of the gift certificates paid by the Defendant to a purchaser of the gift certificates could not be paid even if the purchase price of the gift certificates was paid to the purchaser of the gift certificates, because the gift certificates paid by the Defendant to a purchaser of the gift certificates was a "flu

On August 1, 2012, the defendant made a false advertisement that "I sell 703 mobile event, delivery on the day, maximum divided three months, maximum amount of 34%, and 100 limited merchandise coupons," around August 1, 2012, the defendant made a false advertisement from the victim F who decided to purchase merchandise for merchandise coupons 816,90 won on the same day as the price for merchandise coupons, and the same year.

8. around 15.15. A total of KRW 1,350,000,000, including KRW 816,000, was remitted to a national bank account under the name of the Defendant.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim and receiving the money for merchandise coupons from the victims, received KRW 98,436,00 from the time of the transfer to December 16 of the same year the sum of KRW 98,436,00 as the price for merchandise coupons, as shown in the attached list of crimes, from around that time.
