On February 6, 2015, the Defendant: “The prices of electronic equipment currently purchased are KRW 14,390,000,000, which can be particularly 10,600,000.”

The method will first be cancelled if the arm's length price of KRW 14,390,000 is paid in lump sum with a credit card, and instead, it would be possible to pay KRW 10,600,000 to the "G" merchandise coupon companies known to the domestic government and purchase merchandise coupons.

In addition, the sales promotion benefits from the purchase of such electronic equipment include ① KRW 700,00,00 for a merchandise coupon 70,000 for a merchandise coupon, ② KRW 300,000 for a member of Samsung Electronic System and mobile coophone 300,000 for a customer, and the victim’s electronic equipment worth KRW 14,390,000 for a 10,60,000 for a 14,390,000 for a money to receive such benefits.

However, in fact, the Defendant was expected to receive the return of the “G” gift certificates purchased by the injured party to return them to other customers for the purpose of settling the amount of payment or compensation for the port, etc., and there was no intention or ability to sell electronic equipment equivalent to KRW 14,390,000 to the victim at KRW 10,60,000.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim and having the victim transfer KRW 10,600,00 to the new bank account of the above merchandise coupon company as the purchase price of merchandise coupons, etc., shall be the victims seven times in total from February 6, 2015 to November 1, 2015.
