A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 07:20 on April 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driving the 13.6km away from 13.6km in the direction of light lighting of the Suwon-si Highway located in Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, in a state of under the influence of alcohol of 0.14% in blood alcohol concentration, thereby driving the Bmincus driver’s car at a non-speed speed depending on two laness between three lanes

2. On August 13, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million from the Suwon District Court to a fine of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act. On May 18, 2011, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act from the Suwon District Court.

Nevertheless, at around 06:30 on April 14, 2019, the Defendant driven a Bnicoo-min car at approximately 15 km section from the heading room in Suwon-si, Suwon-si to the point where 13.6 km in the name of the Suwon-si, Supo-si, Suwon-si, Supo-si, Supo-si, Supo-si, Sinpo-si, Sinpo-si, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.14%.
