A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant shall not change the structure and devices of a vehicle as the owner of a Lone Star Co., Ltd. without obtaining approval from the competent authority, or operate a motor vehicle knowing that the structure, etc. of which has been changed without approval.

Nevertheless, on May 29, 2017, the Defendant, without the approval of the competent authority, arbitrarily removed the four seat seat of the said vehicle from the front side of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and operated the said vehicle at the seat of the Seoul Metropolitan City by May 30, 2017.

1. The former part of Article 37 of the Criminal Act, and Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the same Act, which aggravated concurrent crimes;

1. Article 70(1) and Article 69(2) of the Criminal Act to attract a workhouse;

1. The same amount of fine as the summary order shall be determined in consideration of the legislative purport of the Automobile Management Act with the reason for sentencing under Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act, equity with the sentencing cases in the same similar case, Defendant’s previous conviction relation, etc.
