A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Each cash card confiscated shall be confiscated with 16 copies (No. 1 through 16).

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 9, 2015, the defrauded was proposed to offer a daily wage if he/she takes money from the victims under the name of a third party, which he/she has secured in advance by deceiving them to offer a loan to an unspecified number of victims (tentatively referred to as “spam account”), to receive money from the victims under the name of a third party, such as a loan fee, etc., and accepted it.

이에 따라 위쳇 아이디 'C'을 사용하는 자를 비롯하여 성명불상의 ‘보이스피싱’ 조직원들은 다수의 대포계좌 명의인들로부터 금융거래에 필요한 대포계좌 및 이와 연결된 현금카드, 비밀번호 등을 양수하여 이를 피고인 등 현금인출책들에게 전달하는 한편, 불특정 다수의 피해자들에게 마치 대출을 하여 줄 것처럼 가장하여 미리 확보한 대포계좌로 대출수수료 등의 명목으로 돈을 송금하도록 하고, 피고인은 위 위쳇 아이디 'C'을 사용하는 자 등으로부터 ‘위챗’ 메신저 등을 통하여 지시받은 대로 피해자들이 대포계좌에 송금한 돈을 미리 전달받은 현금카드, 비밀번호를 이용하여 인출하여 즉시 지시받은 계좌로 무통장입금하는 등의 방법으로 피해자들로부터 금원을 편취하기로 공모하였다.

On March 10, 2015, the aforementioned “Singishing” employees misrepresented the Victim D with the Korea Asset Management Corporation E agency, and called the phone and made a false statement that “it is possible to lend KRW 30 million to the ordinary people loan 3.3%, and the bond insurance premium is required.”

However, the above officers were not the Korea Asset Management Corporation as proxy, and there was no intention or ability to provide loans to victims D.

Nevertheless, the aforementioned “Singishing” staff members deceiving the victim as such, and are in the name of G from the new bank account (F) in the name of the victim D around March 10, 2015, around 14:50.
