1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant is a non-corporate body (hereinafter “Defendant association”) that carries out various projects with the aim of promoting mutual welfare and friendship among its members by demonstrating the public interest of D transport business in C.

Article 7 (Suspension and Restoration of Rights)
