Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

As to the Defendants, each of the above punishments shall be imposed for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, each of them with each of them with each of them with the intention to operate the odometer and sell the odometer, although they are prohibited from altering the odometer unless there is any inevitable reason, such as malfunction or destruction, etc.

1. Defendant A

A. On January 20, 2016, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) paid KRW 80,00 to E-school parking lots located in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun, by requesting the operation of mileage for the said G-WF vehicles; and (b) around that time, C away from the meter board of the said vehicle in the said string vehicle; and (c) changed the odometer by linking the mileage to the flag board that could operate the odometer; and (d) from the above date and time to November 16, 2017, the Defendant changed the mileage of five vehicles in total, as shown in the Appendix 1.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with C to change the mileage by the foregoing method, unless there is any inevitable reason.

B. On March 17, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 24,90,00,000 from the aforementioned temporary date to December 7, 2017, a total of three vehicles, such as the attached Table 2, as indicated in the “Crimes Table 2”, as if the odometer was operated in the J of the victim as if the vehicle was a normal vehicle, and received KRW 6,40,000 from the victim J of the said vehicle as if the vehicle was a normal vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings victims to acquire the purchase price of the vehicle.

2. Defendant B

A. On August 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) at the E-school parking lot located in Jeonju-gun, Jeonju-gun; (b) paid KRW 170,00 to the said C when requesting the operation of mileage with respect to LK9 vehicles in the name of the said C; and (c) around that time, the said C is linked to the flag board by leaving the meter board of the said K9 vehicle.
